Playing/Coaching Experience: In high school, Josh was recruited to play both football and wrestle, but after sustaining an injury in football his senior year, he made the hard decision to concentrate on wrestling only in college. He chose to wrestle at Anderson University, a small private NCAA Division II school. He had a lot of success in four years on the mat and was voted team captain both his junior and senior year by his teammates. He served as wrestling coach at Riverside Military Academy where his team won five straight state championships. Since coming to Mount Pisgah, he has helped start a wrestling program creating a similar culture that has led to two state championships. He has also coached middle school lacrosse for three years.

Education: Graduated from Anderson University in 2004.

Family: He and his wife, Wendy, have a daughter, Jocelyn, who attends Mount Pisgah.
